Order and Shipping Information
HOLIDAY ORDERING:
Please allow 2-3 extra days to process your order. Your order will
be shipped 2-3 days after it is received, so please add 2-3 days to the shipping
times in the Fedex map shown below.
When will my order be shipped?
When you place an order on MaroonHelmet.com, your purchase will be shipped in 24-48 hours after the order is placed. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be processed and filled on the following Monday.
How long will it be before my order arrives?
Unless you choose an expedited delivery method, please allow a week for delivery. USPS Priority Mail service delivers orders in 2 days to most destinations, which is usually faster than other services. Additionally, USPS Priority Mail is delivered on Saturday at no additional charge.
We also have a map available that illustrate how long your order will be in transit if you ship FedEx. Keep in mind that most USPS orders arrive 2-3 days after they are shipped.

I received part of my order. Where's the other part?
Items ordered together may not be shipped together. If this is the case, we will notify you of any expected delays. Please allow a few extra days and if you haven't received the other part of your order, please email us at info@maroonhelmet.com or call us at (888) 273-9499.
What do you charge for shipping?
Since you have the option to choose different shipping methods, charges vary. Whether you choose FedEx shipping or USPS shipping, we charge the standard rates for each service.
I need help choosing a shipping method. What's the difference between FedEx and USPS?
When checking out on our site, you have the option to ship your purchase via FedEx or via the United States Postal Service (USPS). To help you decide which option is better for you, we've put together a comparison chart:

As you can see, you'll pay more shipping with FedEx but you'll have order tracking capabilities. If order tracking is important to you, then you should choose FedEx to ship your purchase. If cost is more important, you should choose USPS.
